RISK FREE:

If the client or coach in morning part of DAY One (by end of the Lunch break) of a multiple day Program , or at the First session of a multiple session package, determines he/she does not wish to continue with the Program or the Package, monies minus
any applicable Service Fees are deducted., will be refunded.

REFUNDS:

Once the afternoon session commences on Day One of the Program, No Refunds will be issued.

UNFORESEEN Circumstances:

In the event that there is an unexpected or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the program from being completed LIVE at the Venue, the program will be re-scheduled on-line via Zoom at a published future date.

Session Start Time(s):

Punctuality is appreciated.

Logistics:

Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Registration /Meeting Link will be provided prior to session(s).

Ensure distractions are minimized to optimize your results.

Liability Release Agreement:

Note: The Coach assumes no liability or responsibility for participants with respect to contracting of any and all health afflictions e.g. allergies, diseases including e.g. the flu, and COVID-19 or any associated resulting incurred costs/expenses. Also, participants will hold the coach harmless of any and all inadvertent accidents or injuries in, around or at the event venue, before, during or after the event.

Video Image Release Agreement:

All Sessions Live in-person or On-Line are recorded for Legal Compliancy. All participants are required to sign the media acknowledgement and release document.

When you make a purchase, you are acknowledging that you understand that the experiences described in all testimonial videos with regards, to our programs, services and products on websites, in emails etc. are not necessarily indicative of the results others may expect to achieve as we are all unique individuals. Results will vary.

Participants hold the coach, Michele Ho Lung and any other coaches with MHL Consult Inc. harmless and not responsible for anything with regards, to their participants' health, care, practice, decisions and medical care.
